At Reginald Men, we want you to be fully satisfied with your grooming experience. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in its original, unopened condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
